PenPower Mini Scaneye is a hand-held scanner, Chinese OCR and English-Chinese translation system. You can use the scanner to scan any Chinese text (from books, magazine, letters, etc.) and see them instantly convert into editable Chinese text. And, it can translate the Chinese text into English!

• Recognizes hand-written words & printed words:

  English, symbols and numbers.
• Can output either Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese as the scanned results.
• Automatically detects and adjusts for scanned angles.
• English and Chinese dictionary look-up, English and Chinese bi-directional Translation.
• Reads out loud in English and Chinese (Mandarin), word-by-word
